About the game
Sudoku - Number Games puts a 9 by 9 grid on your screen, split into nine smaller squares of 3 x 3 cells. Your job is to place digits 1 through 9 in the empty cells so that no digit shows up twice in the same row, the same column or the same small square.
Work one cell at a time. Look at what already sits in the row, the column and the square around that cell, then pick a digit that fits all three. Higher levels ask for sharper checking. If a board feels heavy, drop back to an earlier level and play an easier round. The counting keeps your attention on the grid, which makes a board a good way to pass a lunch break.
How to play
- Tap an empty cell, then choose a digit from 1 to 9.
- A digit can go in a row, column or 3 x 3 square only once.
- Each row, each column and each square must end up holding all nine digits.
- Later levels are harder; earlier ones stay available for a lighter round.
