Email is how you get in touch with the Poki team: [email protected]. Type it into your mail app the way you would any address. Phone support does not exist, so email is the sole route.

Three topics are worth a message:

• A game that is not working. Give us the title, your device (Android phone or laptop), and the problem. A screenshot is useful.
• A game idea. State the title and its kind, such as a bike game, a runner, or a two-player chess or Ludo game. One sentence on why you enjoy it will do.
• A rights enquiry. If you built a game and have a question about it, send from your own email and spell out what you own.

Make the subject line brief, for example "Broken game: [name]" or "Suggestion: [name]". Every mail gets read, though a reply takes roughly a week. Write once and wait instead of sending again.
