Privacy Policy
On Poki you play games at no cost and with no account. In everyday words, this page describes what happens to your data when you visit pokionline.in and start a game.
What we do not collect
No registration, no login, no forms and no user accounts exist here. We never request your name, your email, your phone number or your address, and no profiles about you are created. With nothing to register, our end holds no personal data from your visit.
Server logs
As with most websites, our server records standard technical logs whenever someone requests a page. Such entries typically contain your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the page you opened and when the request was made. We rely on them to keep the site working, catch abuse and correct errors. After a set period they are deleted. We never sell this data or share it for marketing purposes.
Games and the game frame
Independent developers create the games on Poki, and they are delivered by a game distribution partner. Starting a game loads it inside a frame on our page. That game, and the partner behind it, may display ads and may place cookies or similar storage in your browser to run the game, remember settings or measure ads. Such cookies are theirs, and their own privacy policies apply to them. What a game stores inside its frame is beyond our control.
No selling of data
We do not sell personal data. We don't trade it, rent it or give it to outside parties for their own marketing.
Children
School and college students play Poki, and younger players use it as well. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, or from anyone else, since the site has no forms or accounts through which to gather it. If you think a child's personal data has somehow reached us, write to us and we will investigate and delete whatever we find.
Clearing cookies in your browser
To remove cookies set by games, use your browser settings. On Android Chrome, open the three-dot menu, then Settings, then Site settings, then Cookies, and delete the entries for this site. On a laptop, Chrome uses Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies and site data. Firefox has Settings, Privacy and Security, Cookies and Site Data, Manage Data. Safari on iPhone uses Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data. Clearing site data may reset game progress or settings stored in your browser.
Changes to this page
If how the site works changes, this page will be revised to reflect it. Come back if you want the latest version.
