Terms of Use

These rules cover how Poki may be used. Using the site and playing games means you accept them. Should that not work for you, please leave the site.

Personal play is free of charge

Playing for your own enjoyment on Poki costs nothing. Open the site in a browser on a phone, tablet or laptop and play. No payment is required. Please do not copy, resell or repackage the site or its content for business use without permission.

Each game stays with the developer who made it

Developers create the games on Poki and keep the rights. We do not claim to own the games. All rights in the games, characters, art, music and code remain with the people who created them. The developer's own terms also apply to how you use a game.

We cannot guarantee every game runs everywhere

We work for smooth operation, but no promise is made that every game will work on any device, browser or network. Some games need more memory, a newer browser or a steady connection. A game may load slowly on a budget phone or stop working after a browser update. The site is provided as it is, without warranties.

No cheating or abuse

Keep play fair. Do not use cheats, bots, scripts or modified clients to break a game or spoil it for others. Do not try to overload the site, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it in bulk or use it to send spam or harmful code. Do not upload or share content that is illegal, hateful or harmful. We may block access if someone abuses the site.

External game content comes from third parties

Many games are loaded from third-party developers and their hosting. That content comes from those third parties, not from us. We do not control what they publish, and their content, errors or practices are not our responsibility. If a game looks broken or wrong, tell us and we will check it.

The site may change

Games and features may be added, updated, moved or removed at any time. A game you like today may not be available later. These terms may change as well. When they do, the updated version will appear on this page.
